- Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, public holidays, or wānanga/event delivery periods.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods
- We currently offer shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand only.
- Orders are shipped via GoSweet (our trusted delivery provider).
- If GoSweet is unavailable in your area, we may use an alternative domestic courier.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Rates will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Please allow the following timeframes once your order is dispatched:
- North Island: 5–10 business days
- South Island: 5–10 business days
