Return & Refund Policy – Whakapakari Ora Wāhine Wellness
At Whakapakari Ora Wāhine Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services grounded in care, integrity, and manaakitanga. We understand that on occasion, returns or exchanges may be required, and we are here to help.
Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- To begin a return, email info@whakapakariora.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Once approved, return the item with the RA number clearly marked on the packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product fault or shipping error on our part.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty.
- If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@whakapakariora.com to arrange this.
4. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
All products are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). This means you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is:
- Not of acceptable quality
- Not fit for purpose
- Different from its description
