Tī Toki Tincture - Settle the mind

Widely available knowledge of Tītoki shows that is was mostly used as an external rongoā and its oil made from the seeds was prized and used as the carrier oil for many traditional remedies. 

Taken internally its medicinal properties are not widely studied in conventional terms. The tohunga that has taught me uses Tītoki internally as an alternative to Tātarāmoa to help relax and calm the hinengaro (mind)

Directions for use: 5-20ml per week. Take as drops on tongue or with water. To relax 3 drops with water. For sleep 3-6ml 30 mins before bed, add more if needed.

Ingredients: Tī toki, Alcohol
