Kandace Smiler is a dedicated personal trainer and health coach with over a decade of experience in guiding clients toward their fitness and hauora (well-being) aspirations.

Holding a Diploma in Sport and Recreation, she specialises in epigenetics-based health coaching and Rongoā Māori, offering a distinctive and holistic approach to personal training with a strong emphasis on women's health and wellness.

Kandace excels in crafting personalised fitness programs that empower women at every life stage. She is particularly passionate about supporting women's reproductive health, assisting clients in navigating hormonal cycles, and addressing the unique challenges associated with pre- and post-pregnancy fitness. Her programs seamlessly integrate modern training methodologies with insights from epigenetic's to optimise individual health outcomes.

Kandace offers one-on-one sessions, leads group fitness classes, and provides online coaching, focusing on helping wāhine (women) discover their strength, restore balance, and thrive in their hauora journey.
